Ordering Information:
Payment in full is preferred over time payments, but a $60.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to complete your reservation in your name. The $60 will go towards your total balance due.
Time payments will be accepted in the following manner:

Non-refundable deposit required at the time of your reservation ($60)

You can make as many payments as you wish within 60 days.

Balance is to be paid in full within that time frame.
Payments must be made in a timely matter. If you cannot finish your payments your first $60 deposit is forfeited.

All payment to be made to Yvonne Davey with either money order or

Notification:
You will be notified when your model is done and ready for shipping as well as any outstanding balance that is due. You can at this time request that the model be shipped to an alternate address. MVS can ship to you or your artist of choice for an additional $5.00.

We are more than happy to let you customize on your TiptoeLena. Just please make sure that our initials are not removed and the credit for the original is still given to us. No casting reproductions of this piece allowed. We reserve the right to cast more editions of TiptoeLena as the original mold permits.
